Sexual Harassment Prevention Training for Managers

⚡ Newsflash…….thinking about fulfilling your obligation to protect employees from sexual harassment is not enough to fulfil your legal obligation.

You are also not going to fulfil your legal obligation by:
🚨 sending round a policy
🚨 providing one-off training for staff
🚨 assuming that as you have had no complaints there is nothing to worry about
🚨 burying your head in the sand

All employers (Yes that is ALL employers) currently have a legal obligation to take reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment.

From October 2026 employers (yes, all employers!!!) will have a legal obligation to take ALL reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment.

If you have not already arranged for training for your managers and supervisors, or you have but it was over a year ago, now is the time to get them trained and/or updated.

By doing so you will be ahead of 95% of employers!

The next training for managers is available online on Thursday 5th February at 9:30am.

The cost is £75 plus VAT. All attendees will receive a copy of the slides and a certificate of attendance.
