HR ADVISOR
I have over 15 years’ experience working in HR across healthcare, manufacturing and the public sector. After graduating with a BA (Hons) in Human Resource Management, I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of HR and Learning & Development roles, giving me broad experience in employee relations, performance management, organisational change, learning and development, and employment law.
Throughout my career I’ve enjoyed working closely with managers and employees, helping them navigate workplace challenges and providing practical, straightforward advice. Whether supporting complex employee relations matters, developing people, or helping businesses through periods of change, I enjoy finding solutions that are fair, balanced and tailored to the individual situation. What I enjoy most about HR is that no two days are ever the same. I value building positive working relationships and supporting people through what can often be challenging situations, helping them move forward with confidence.
Outside of work, I’m a proud mum to three girls, who certainly keep me on my toes! I love spending quality time with them, whether that’s exploring new places, enjoying days out, or making the most of weekends together. I’m an avid reader and a member of a family book club, which is a great excuse to share recommendations and discover new books. I also enjoy travelling and trying out new restaurants whenever I get the chance.
