Tony Wicks


I am the Business Manager at REAL Employment Law Advice. My role within the team is to ensure the daily operations run smoothly. I have responsibilities for all office procedures, billing, invoicing, business development and performance management. In addition to my office duties I use my experience in people management to help business owners and managers become effective leaders. I also help businesses complete investigations and disciplinary processes.


Although I studied Law at University before joining REAL employment law advice, I decided not to stay within the profession. Instead I spent 10 years working in a number of management roles in retail finance. During this time, I gained a vast amount of experience in people management, training and coaching.  I have a strong background in delivering outstanding customer service and I have been able to implement within REAL Employment Law Advice best practices to ensure we are delivering this to every customer.



I grew up on the Isle of Wight, and after some time away to study and travel, have lived here since 2008. I am fortunate to live in such a beautiful and vibrant place and am excited to be back and helping this amazing community.

I am a huge sport fan, supporting Chelsea since the 1980’s football is my passion. Moving into my late 30’s I decided that I need to start looking after myself and took up running completing (very slowly) both the Great South Run and Disney Marathon.
