Harvinder Pahal

I qualified as a Solicitor in April 2019 and joined Real Employment Law Advice in December 2020. I am currently based in our Eastleigh office.

My experience consists of assisting both employees and employers on a range of employment law related matters. Helping to alleviate what can understandably be a stressful and daunting situation I look to provide the most logical solution available that best suits the needs of the individual or the business involved.

Examples of employment work I have carried out include:

• Advising employees on settlement agreements.
• Developing staff handbooks for employers.
• Advising employers on a potential breach of restrictive covenants.
• Reviewing and drafting contracts of employment and director service agreements for employers.
• Advising employees and employers on grievances, disciplinaries and dismissals.

Being able to help in any form is what drives me in and outside of work. This is what makes me pleased to be a part of the team at Real Employment Law Advice as we all share similar values and take the same straightforward approach to the issues faced by those we offer our services to.

I have an interest in experiencing different cultures and ways of life and so outside of work I like to travel as often as possible. When I am not traveling, I like keeping active, spending time with my family and friends, and enhancing my improvisational cooking skills.
