With over 20 years in customer-facing roles, including as a Project Coordinator for a major DIY company, I’m passionate about great service, fairness, and problem-solving. I’m a proud mum of two who loves nature, wild camping, and collecting quirky retro treasures for my home.

Experience

From an early age I worked for the family business and have had several customer facing roles since. This has driven a passion in me for customer care and going above and beyond to help people.

My most notable job was working for a large DIY company for 23 years, covering many areas of the business. The last 5 years being a project co-ordinator and administrator for Kitchen and Bathroom Installations.

These experiences mean I have a good knowledge of GDPR, Diversity and Discrimination and have helped to make me a good listener, problem solver and have a real passion for doing what is right and fair.

Outside of Work

My biggest achievement is my 2 beautiful children. They are my world! I am also very lucky to have a great family and friends.

Aside from being mum, I love nature, woodlands, beaches, watching sunsets and have a love of all animals. A night wild camping in my campervan is my idea of bliss.

In my spare time I enjoy collecting oddities, retro items and furniture, and love to decorate my quirky home.
