Disciplinary Investigations
We will often undertake the disciplinary investigation and produce a report for employers. In situations where they want someone independent from the business, or there is no-one available internally to deal with it or if it is a particularly complex or sensitive issue then we will be appointed to do the investigation.
When undertaking this work we will complete the meetings with witnesses, gather evidence and produce a comprehensive report with recommendations that can then be passed on, if necessary, as evidence for the disciplinary hearing.
