Danielle Harris

I first began my legal career as an apprentice with the Isle of Wight Council’s legal department in 2015. This role provided me with the exposure to support many departments across the local authority in both litigation and employment. From the outset I have developed a keen interest in employment law and during my time with the local authority, I was involved in advising on many aspects of employment including working on redundancy process, policies, settlement agreements, contracts, and tribunal claims. I am glad to have assisted individuals throughout the tribunal process and be a pillar of support for them during a difficult time.

I qualified as a chartered legal executive in January 2023 and joined Real Employment Law Advice in September 2024. I am currently based on the Isle of Wight.
