Description
If you have employees who are currently furloughed or flexibly furloughed and you want to bring them back to work it is important to ensure that you give notice to the employee and set out in writing details of what is happening.
This is good practice and will put the employee at ease about their return, and it will also assist in the event of any dispute about what has been agreed, in future.
I also recommend that you keep a copy of the letter with your other furlough documentation in case of an audit by HMRC with regards to the Job Retention Scheme.
Please feel free to amend as necessary for the needs of your business.
