Description
On the 14th January 2021, the Business Minister, Paul Scully MP published an open letter to employers seeking to highlight the issue of domestic abuse and the role that Employers can play in supporting, preventing and highlighting the issue of domestic violence amongst their workforce.
One of the actions highlighted in the letter is to produce a Domestic Violence & Abuse Policy to increase awareness and start addressing the issue.
We recognise it can be difficult and time consuming to put together a policy and as this is a crucial issue for many people, particularly during times when we are all spending so much time in our homes, we have produced a policy you can start using immediately in your organisation or business.
