Bringing a claim in the Employment Tribunal

We recently acted for an employee who was passed over promotion on two occasions due to the fact that she was pregnant and then on maternity leave. After she was denied promotion for the second time she decided to resign and we successfully helped her to bring claims for discrimination and constructive unfair dismissal in the Employment Tribunal.

The client had the benefit of household insurance which provides cover for Employment Tribunal claims and we successfully secured the funding for her so that she could take the case all the way to the final hearing.
