Real Employment Law Advice is a niche Solicitors practice specialising in Employment and HR law founded by Alison Colley in November 2013. Having worked for traditional general practice solicitors in the past Alison wanted to create a legal firm with a difference, specialising in her passion, Employment and HR law.
The aim of Real Employment Law Advice is to provide specialist advice to Employers and Employees in an easy to understand, easy to access way, at a reasonable cost. We believe in sharing our knowledge and that there are many occasions when you can ‘do it yourself’ so we aim to provide and produce lots of free information and content on our websites, via social media, in our free newsletters and via our podcast.
