I am not sure if I even have a case?
No problem, this is where I would be able to assist you. Normally a telephone chat is enough to establish if you have something worth pursuing further. Thereafter if we have a meeting or I review your papers I will be able to give you a full indication of your potential case and your prospects of success.
I am worried about the cost & heard that Solicitors are very expensive?
I offer initial free telephone advice where we can discuss your case and I can provide you with some helpful guidance, and after this you can decide if you would like further assistance.
There is also lots of great free content available on my dedicated website for employees www.adviceforemployees.co.uk which you can use for your benefit.
My hourly rate is £150 (including VAT), however I offer fixed fees for many types of case, and will always agree the costs for any work I undertake for you in advance.
You can be assured that I will be open honest and transparent with you about costs from the outset, and if I do not believe there is sufficient benefits for the costs that you will be paying I will inform you beforehand.
I want to run the case myself but just need some pointers?
Whatever level of advice and assistance you need I am able to work to your requirements. I can run the case for you from start to finish, or just be on hand to answer your questions, whichever works best for you.
